Professional Cleaning Specialists was founded by Shawn Bisaillon, an IICRC Master Cleaner and Restorer with nearly two decades of experience cleaning Colorado homes and businesses. Shawn trained in the family cleaning business from a young age and has dedicated his entire career to mastering fabric and floor care. He holds certifications as an IICRC Instructor, LEAD renovator, Natural Stone and Masonry Technician, and Oriental Rug Specialist.

Shawn and his wife Anna run PCS as a family business, treating every client's home with care and precision. Shawn is also a nationally recognized speaker and trainer in the cleaning industry, sharing his expertise with professionals across the country.
